1. Program Description

CreatorRM (operated by YF Holdings 123, LLC) offers an SMS/text messaging program that sends account and business notifications to customers who have provided their mobile number and opted in. Messages may include booking and appointment confirmations, reminders, account and status updates, one-time verification (passcode) messages, and replies to your inquiries.

2. How to Opt In

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages — for example, by checking the SMS consent box on our signup or contact form, which states that you agree to receive SMS from CreatorRM. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and the notifications you have enabled.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. CreatorRM does not charge you for the text messages themselves.

5. Opt-Out (STOP)

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation and then stop sending SMS to that number. You may continue to receive messages for a short period while your request is processed.

7. Privacy

Mobile information and phone numbers collected for SMS — including your consent — are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. 8. Carriers & Liability

The program is available on major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.
