1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using CreatorRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using CreatorRM on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Service Description

CreatorRM is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing CRM, content intelligence, website building, communications, and AI-powered automation tools. The service is provided "as is" and may be updated, modified, or discontinued at any time.

3. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each workspace is isolated and access is controlled via Cloudflare Access. You must not share access tokens or bypass authentication mechanisms.

To protect account security, we limit each account to 6 concurrent device sessions. If you exceed this limit, the most recent login attempt will be rejected until an existing session expires (24 hours of inactivity) or is cleared. We may also restrict access from certain geographic regions that pose elevated security risks.

4. Billing & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or canceled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Overage charges (for usage beyond plan limits) are billed at the published rates. You can set a monthly spending cap for overages in your workspace settings.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CreatorRM for: illegal activities, harassment, distribution of malware, unauthorized access to systems, sending spam, or any activity that violates applicable laws including the DPPA, CAN-SPAM, and TCPA.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, create, or generate through CreatorRM. We do not claim intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content as necessary to provide the service.

7. Service Level

We target 99.9% uptime powered by Cloudflare's global network. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. We recommend maintaining your own backups of critical data.

7b. Google Workspace Integration

CreatorRM integrates with Google Workspace APIs (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms) to enable document import and creation. By connecting your Google account:

You authorize CreatorRM to access, create, and manage files in your Google account as described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account credentials. CreatorRM is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised Google accounts.
You may disconnect Google integration at any time through workspace settings, which immediately revokes CreatorRM's access.
CreatorRM's use of Google user data is limited to providing and improving the features you use. We do not use Google data for advertising or transfer it to unrelated third parties.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Workspace features are available on Studio and Agency plans (post-W17 line-up) and on the legacy Starter Pro tier or above. Feature availability may change with plan updates.

7c. SMS & Text Messaging

By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking an SMS consent box on a CreatorRM form), you agree to receive SMS/text messages from CreatorRM at that number, including account and booking confirmations, reminders, notifications, one-time verification codes, and replies to your inquiries. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for assistance. We honor opt-out requests promptly and are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, which depend on your carrier. Your use of SMS is also governed by our SMS Terms and Privacy Policy, and you agree to use the service in compliance with the TCPA and other applicable law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorRM's liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your workspace will be archived for 30 days, after which all data will be permanently deleted. You can export your data before deletion.
