SMS Opt-In
How CreatorRM collects your permission to text you, exactly what you agree to, and how to stop at any time.
Who sends the messages
CreatorRM, operated by CreatorRM Tech, LLC. We only text people who have affirmatively opted in through one of the three methods below. We never message purchased or third-party lists.
How you opt in
Consent is always explicit and is never bundled into another agreement. Providing consent is not a condition of purchasing anything from us.
1. Signup form checkbox
An unchecked, optional checkbox on our signup form. You check it yourself; it is never pre-checked.

2. Affiliate application checkbox
A separate optional checkbox on our affiliate application, scoped to affiliate program updates only.

3. Verbally, on a call
If you call us and give a mobile number, our representative reads the following disclosure and records your agreement before any message is sent.

“By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS customer care updates and security/verification codes from CreatorRM. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. We will not share mobile information with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.”
Once you agree, we send a single confirmation text:

What you will receive
Notifications about your own CreatorRM account: one-time verification codes, billing and account status updates, confirmations of activity in your own account (like a new booking landing on your calendar), replies to questions you send us, and (if you opted in on the affiliate application) affiliate program updates. We do not run a general marketing SMS program.
If you are a customerof a business that uses CreatorRM (for example, you booked an appointment with one of our clients), text messages about that booking come from that business’s own registered phone number, under its own SMS program with its own opt-in. They are not sent by CreatorRM and are not covered by this page; contact that business directly with questions about them.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies and depends on your activity. Message and data rates may apply. CreatorRM does not charge you for these messages; your mobile carrier’s standard rates apply.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and nothing after that.

Your mobile information
We do not share, sell, or rent mobile information or consent to third parties for their own promotional or marketing purposes. Mobile data is used only to deliver the messages described above.
